What most people know about me...

I'm the Chief Product Officer at Rocket Auto, a Rocket (NYSE: RKT) Company.

πŸš™ The automotive industry has been my "home of homes" for the better part of 20+ years, and it has given me more than I could ever give back - though I'm going to spend the next twenty years trying.

πŸ’‘ I am a visionary leader with an endless supply of big ideas. Thinking big is where the magic is. I love working on impossible problems.

🀝 Business Development = my Zone of Genius.

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘©β€πŸ‘§β€πŸ‘¦ I'm a father and husband.

❀️ I love leadership. Since joining RKT I've been very fortunate to be part of a leadership cohort focused on culture, trust, integrity, being creative vs. reactive, and living and leading "above the line." I've been pushed and challenged in ways I never imagined possible.

What most people DON'T know about me...

😨 I've struggled with insecurity, jealousy, vulnerability, and fear.

🧠 I wish I learned early in my career that Humility > IQ. "Humility is not thinking less of yourself, but thinking of yourself less."

πŸ’‰ I've parented my son through a cancer diagnosis (T-Cell ALL) and 3.5 years of treatment. Cancer is an ugly disease, and the journey is brutal.

πŸ€ I've been unbelievably lucky because I simply showed up.

πŸ’΅ I've managed more than $100 million in Google AdWords spend as a solo consultant because I responded to a help-wanted ad.

πŸŽ“ I've had the opportunity to mentor C-Suite executives, recent college grads, peers, and millionaires. If you ever have an opportunity to be a mentor - DO IT. There's a chance you'll get just as much (if not more) out of the experience as your mentee.

πŸš€πŸš˜ I’m building an amazing business and team at Rocket Auto because I had the courage to take a risk and leave a job where I was more than comfortable.

⭕️ I'm certified as a Leadership Circle Practitioner and am an Executive Coach focused on helping people become better leaders.

πŸš΄πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ My mantra: Stay on the bike. When things get tough, I think of this story about Lance Armstrong: one day during a leg of The Tour, Lance was completely cooked and his coach sensed it. His coach radioed into Lance's earpiece and said "Lance, whatever you do...don't get off the bike."

The message is simple. Don't give up, don’t ever give up. Stay on the bike!
